Continental North America has partnered with the Cleveland School of Etiquette and Corporate Protocol for etiquette protocol over the past few years. They have provided different levels of training from entry-level individuals, to veteran sales professionals and sales management teams. Colleen Harding has custom-designed these training programs to address appropriate dress for different environments, professional correspondence, compelling elevator pitches and dining styles to develop a confident, polished individual in the market today. Strong life skills can make a big difference when developing business relationships allowing an individual to gain a competitive edge. Continental has benefited from the Cleveland School of Etiquette and Corporate Protocol services, and recommend her services to others.
I approached the Cleveland School of Etiquette and Corporate Protocol in spring of 2021 to find a program that would help companies conducting business remotely via Zoom presentations. Because of the continuing pandemic and reliance on these types of presentations, there was a lot of interest in sharpening professional skills while using Zoom to make “sales call” pitches.
Colleen put together a very professional one-hour presentation that held the audience’s attention focused on how to conduct a successful B2B Zoom meeting and added in a section on international etiquette specific to a country of interest. Our customer base appreciated it very much and used what they learned in a successful virtual foreign trade mission a couple of weeks later. I highly recommend her services – she not only covered the proper protocol for these meetings but also has the flexibility to add etiquette pointers for overseas markets. She was very approachable and professional and it did not take long to put the program together! We were very pleased with the webinar!
A note to compliment Ms. Harding and her teen program at The Cleveland School of Etiquette! Both of my teens attended last week at Avon Oaks Country Club and they both came home with smiles each day. They took it seriously and had fun while they were there. They schooled me last night at dinner on passing the pepper WITH the salt so it’s endearing to see they not only learned something but that they are enjoying applying it! I highly recommend this program if you are looking for some polishing of etiquette and some new ‘fun facts’ that teens can apply to day to day life.
